This study investigates the potential mediating impact of knowledge sharing on relationship between motivation and teacher performance. A uses a sample 53 high school teachers in Bandung to investigate effect The incorporated as independent variables, while performance was dependent variable. research commenced by assessing credibility consistency measuring tools. Subsequently, data were examined applying Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) methodology gain insights into intermediary function variables. revealed that serves mediator findings suggest teachers' internal drive can positively their facilitating exchange knowledge. results educators possess substantial intrinsic disseminate information, impacting overall efficacy. It is essential acknowledge additional variables should have been analyzed present could influence development.
